Another land grab proposal from the Anti-Motorist groups was int roduced by Representative Diana DeGette (D-CO) on July 6, 2011 called the H.R. 2420 bill, also known as the Colorado Wilderness Act of 2011. This bill proposes to designate 714,807 acres as Wilderness Areas in Colorado. This Wilderness designation will make the land off limits to off-highway vehicle (OHV) enthusiasts.
